I've been coming to this location since it first open up my first experience with Dr. Thomas Wilkins has always been great when it came to eye exam and when I had issue he made sure I was informed of any issues. The staff is great friendly and informative and take care of any issue that occurs.

Her name is Yoli, the nicest and most empathetic person I’ve met behind a desk. She helped me out when I really needed it. Very polite and hard-working person who cares about people and their eyes. Thanks again, Yoli, for your help!!! I recommend if you need glasses, contacts etc.. to come to her.

I was so moved that the young lady that helped my son learn how to use contacts for the first time was so patient and kind. Thank you for taking your time being so positive with my son! ;)

I highly recommend TSO Riverside for your optical needs. They were able to schedule me on the same day on two separate occasions. The receptionists were very kind and friendly. The optometrist was also able to change my contact prescription to a different brand since the ones I used to get had been discontinued. Ms. Yoli assisted me on my second visit to try several different colored contacts to try something new. She’s a sweetheart and the entire staff was very nice and helpful. They also have a great selection of glasses to choose from.

I went to this location because I wanted to get in quickly and this was the only location able to accommodate me. At first I was a bit put off by it being on Riverside but all in all it was one of the best experiences I've had at a visit to the eye doctor. I did come across a slight issue at check out but the manager on site, I believe her name is Yoli, came to the front and handled it professionally, respectfully and a friendly manner. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to and showed understanding. I was very pleased with how she handled it. It's nice to know you feel validated as not only a patient but as a person as well. She understood the difference between both and that is certainly important.

Was away for work, stopped by TSO for an emergency visit for something in my eye (turned out to be a scratch). No appointment, the staff was awesome, Dr came off lunch early to assist. Very friendly, very helpful, very accommodating. Wasn’t sure what to expect but I couldn’t be happier with my choice to go there. Thank you!

Originally went to TSO for my daughters check up but realized I needed my own. Yoli and Avelina were so quick to get me in! They were professional, courteous, and loving. The doctor was a heck of A LOT more thorough with my visit afterwards than any of the other doctors I’ve seen at TSO in Kyle where I originally was going. I’ll never go back there again! Thank you TSO Riverside for your family oriented loving caring care for me and my family! 💕

I visited TSO today it was a crazy morning for the ladies, a very upset patient entered and Ms.Yoli handled it very well! She really made me and the other patients feel safe as she helped out the patient and he left very happy. I will definitely return to this office.
